DrinkPak commits to facility in Philadelphia
During Q4 2025, tenants took occupancy of more than 3.0 million square feet (msf) of industrial space. However, year-to-date absorption was barely positive at 0.3 msf, mostly due to negative activity in Q2 and Q3. During the quarter, Cirro Logistics moved into 750,787 square feet (sf) at 2300 Mount Holly Road, JD Logistics occupied 704,700 sf at 4259 US-130 and PSS Distribution Services moved into 351,000 sf at 3195 Route 206. All three properties are in the Southern NJ submarket.
The Bellwether District, an industrial and life science campus under construction in Philadelphia, signed its first tenant in Q4. Canned beverage manufacturer, DrinkPak, will occupy a 1.4-msf build-to-suit project. The future facility is expected to bring 174 jobs to the city.
