Leasing activity spanned multiple industries and was led by Amazon’s 449,069-square-foot (sf) lease at Axial Rapid Commerce in the Airport/West submarket, Carolina Beverage Group’s 336,356-sf expansion at North Charlotte Commerce Center in Iredell County—bringing its occupancy to the full 723,000-sf building—and Atrium Health’s 318,572-sf lease at Meadow Oak Commerce Center, also in the Airport/West submarket. This mix of users underscores Charlotte’s ability to support demand from logistics, consumer goods and healthcare occupiers.
