Denver office market sees moderated activity as availability holds
Following a strong start to the year, Denver's office market recorded 1.6 million square feet (msf) of leasing activity in Q2 2025. This marks a slight decline from the 1.9 msf signed in Q1 but remains above the 1.5 msf total from Q2 2024. Leasing volume continues to concentrate in Downtown and Southeast submarkets, which together accounted for 64.1% of all leasing activity. The Southeast submarket saw heightened activity, driven by notable relocations such as Cherry Creek School District’s 56,440-square-foot (sf) move and Black & Veatch’s 43,058-sf deal. These deals underscore the ongoing tenant demand for quality space in transit-accessible, amenity-rich environments.
